Jeff Price
Founder & Partner
Jeff Price founded The Apartment Group in 1991 and has spent more than four decades in the multifamily industry. Throughout his career, he has advised on and closed more than $35 billion in multifamily transactions and has participated in the ownership of more than 150 apartment communities across Texas.
His experience spans brokerage, ownership, property management, and investment strategy, providing a unique perspective on every stage of the multifamily investment lifecycle. Jeff’s relationships, reputation, and market knowledge continue to provide TAG with unparalleled access to opportunities throughout North Texas.
Robert Taylor
Managing Partner
Robert Taylor brings more than a decade of institutional real estate private equity experience to The Apartment Group. Prior to joining TAG, he managed multifamily portfolios valued at more than $850 million and led acquisition and asset management initiatives for nationally recognized investment firms.
Robert oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including acquisitions, asset management, capital formation, and execution of TAG’s investment strategy.
